How to orders?
Here are steps to make a reservation at ligaarloji.co.id:
Choose the product you want, then click the "Add Purchasing"
The product will be automatically entered into your shopping cart, you can choose another product or you can click on "Shopping Bag" to complete your order and view order details
On the order details page, make sure that the order is in conformity with your message, click "Continue" to proceed to the next step.
You will be directed to the "sign up" if you are a new customer, for customers who are already registered you only need to log into your account.
In this step you will be required to complete your shipping address, fill in as complete detail, and click "Proceed to payment"
Choose the method of payment, and click "Process Order" to complete Orders
After the order process is complete, you will receive an order confirmation.
How do I change my booking?
You may cancel your previous reservation and re-book before the payment is confirmed.
Can I cancel the booking?
You can not cancel after the payment has been confirmed and orders already in process.
Can I track my order?
Please contact us at info@ligaarloji.co.id or 087809793030 if your reservation is not up, or if there are questions about the delivery time.
Are all item which ordered surely available?
Yes, most of the items on display is ready stock. But there is a condition in which there is a particular product is quite popular so it can happen out of stock for a while. For that, you can make sure in advance to our online customer service. We will call you back as soon as possible about the availability of stock items that you want.
What payment methods are accepted by Ligaarloji.co.id?
Payment can be made using by Visa / Mastercard or Bank Transfer
Is it safe to use a credit card shopping in ligaarloji.co.id?
Very safe. We cooperate with the Independent and NSIAPay to ensure the security of credit card information. For security reasons, we do not collect information about your credit card. Upon purchase, you will be directed to a secure site 3D and asked to enter the PIN number of disposable phone to keep your account the next.
How the cost of shipping?
Currently we impose free delivery in Jabodetabek area with minimum purchase of 3 pcs.
How many days of delivery?
After your transaction is processed, for the Jakarta area goods will be processed on the next working day, for debotabek area, estimated delivery 1-3 days of work and to areas outside of Jabodetabek, estimated shipping 2-6 working days.
When will your shipment be processed?
We serve the shipping / delivery from Monday to Friday, for the goods ordered before at 11.59WIB, we will process the delivery the next day, for orders above 12.00WIB hours will be processed the next day. For reservations on Friday, the goods will be processed on Saturday for orders made before at 11.59WIB. All bookings require a receipt with a signature. We can not divert the shipping address where the goods have been shipped, so please be sure that there are people who can represent the destination address you sign the receipt.
Can I take orders from you?
Yes, taking orders can be taken at our physical stores in:

Do Ligaarloji.co.id receive shipments abroad?
No, Ligaarloji.co.id for now only serve domestic shipment.
What about the delivery of repeat orders?
In terms of delivery of orders, we hope that there are no barriers. If we had attempted submit the reservation, but no one was present to sign the receipt, we will contact you to arrange the handing over.
What if there is delay in delivery of goods?
Because of the high volume of orders, we may have to delay delivery of goods to the next working day. Watches league will not be responsible for unexpected situations and out of control that caused the delay of delivery. Regarding this delay, we will attempt to notify you and discuss alternatives.
Do Ligaarloji.co.id make deliveries on weekends?
Although our office is closed on weekends, we are ready to submit your reservation on Saturday, on condition that your order was booked on the Friday before at 11.59WIB. We do not ship on Sundays and national holidays.
What are your policies on returns and exchange goods?
To send the wrong goods or defective, we have a policy that is valid 7 days from the date the reservation was accepted by customers, the terms and conditions as follows:
- Items must be in original state as at the time of purchase.
- There should be a sign or any defect on all packaging.
- Goods groceries which is a set or a pack of multi-items must be returned intact as a set.
- The return policy does not apply to items stated on the site ligaarloji.co.id as '' There can be exchanged "and" not refundable ".
- All returns will be examined in advance by the ligaarloji.co.id and we are entitled to compensation, including:
- Replace with a new product that is the same as the original booking
- Refunds entirely in the form of credit to be used in ligaarloji.co.id
How do I return the goods?
For all refund requests, please email us at info@ligaarloji.co.id, including contact address details, Order No. Order / Invoice Number, and the reason for your return. Alternatively, you can contact us at 081282207530. We'll notify you once your request is received, then process the refund, if eligible.
Where can I find my booking number?
After making a reservation, you will receive an email confirmation from us that it contained a number of reservations, please keep this number for further purposes with us.
Or booking number can be found in the "My Orders" after you login.
